LabSpace is a lab equipment management platform built for a university. Students browse the equipment catalog — 3D printers, oscilloscopes, Arduino kits, and more — filter by department, course, and category, and request to borrow items for a specific duration, tracking each request from pending approval through to completed, cancelled, or expired. Lab staff review and approve or reject requests and manage bookings on the go. A Directus-powered admin dashboard manages the catalog alongside locations, courses, departments, and categories, keeping equipment data in sync between the app and the web.
