The Safety Incident Management System (SIMS) manages the full lifecycle of workplace safety incidents — from first report to closed investigation. Incidents reported across warehousing, fleet, freight, retail, and security operations are logged with auto-generated reference numbers and classified by type, severity, operational impact, and cost. The investigation workspace supports direct and root cause analysis with tools like 5-Why Analysis, evidence attachments, and corrective action plans with owners and schedules. Injuries are tracked per affected employee or community member down to the body part affected, and every case carries a collaboration panel with comments, shared files, and a complete activity log.
