Staff raise customer invoices with auto-generated numbers and lock them through a submit-once workflow, with every change tracked in revisions and an activity log. A custom UPS-branded print format renders each invoice as the official document — shipment references (MAWB/HAWB), line items, QAR totals, and bank details — ready to print. Built on Directus, with the invoice template configurable as HTML straight from the admin.
